Purchased items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full credit or refund (minus shipping charges) if there is no damage to the item and the item is returned unused in its original packaging. Engraved products, since they are personalized for each individual, are final sales.

Please contact Customer Service at sales@KnivesEngraved.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (also referred to as a "RMA Number") prior to returning your item. Also, please note that the product must be returned to us in a "new and unused condition" and in its original gift box with the enclosed warranty certificate intact. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED without an RMA number.

We must receive your authorized return item at our warehouse within 30 days. Please place it in a padded envelope or box and mail/courier to the address below. Please indicate why you are displeased with the product. Postage, insurance and package tracking are the responsibility of the customer.
